Submission of your last 3 months processing statements – for validation.
Previous statements must verify a minimum of $15,000 every month. Not averaged.
Must meet an ongoing minimum of $15,000 processing per month.
1 year service commitment for credit card processing. Merchant may opt out of the SEO services at their discretion, and continue processing at the same matched rate, without penalty, so long as they are maintaining an on-going processing minimum of $15,000 per month.
If merchant does not meet the $15,000 per month ongoing processing volume: Merchant will be charged $100 per month, to cover SEO services rendered, for each month that their processing volume falls below $15,000. The merchant can cancel SEO services at anytime, but if cancelled the merchant is responsible for the last months payment at date of cancellation with no daily prorations (billed in full months only, on the 1st of every month).
Minimum Rate to qualify for program is 40 basis points.
